Troubleshooting

Touch the v key in the Individual Diagnostic menu to present the Video menu:

The following keys are available in this menu:

r — returns to the Individual Diagnostics menu.

v — runs the power-ON video diagnostic.

i — runs an interactive video diagnostic; this displays red, green, blue, white, and black

screens, each for 5 seconds; the screen must be inspected for faulty pixels.
